Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost, as it restricts our ability to fill that time slot. This policy applies to both cancellations and rescheduling requests. In the event of a no-show, defined as not arriving within 10 minutes of your appointment time, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. We provide complimentary reminders to help you keep track of your appointments. Payment for any missed appointments must be settled before future bookings can be made.
